Benedictine Military School’s Campus Ministry
Benedictine Military School’s Campus Ministry program seeks to teach and reinforce in its students, faculty, staff and administration the basic beliefs and values of the Catholic Church (mediated through and enhanced by the beliefs and values found in the Rule of St. Benedict). Daily prayers are in the morning, at lunch and in the afternoon. The Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist is usually celebrated once a month for the entire school community. Penance services are held during the seasons of Advent and Lent. During the school year, each grade level has a retreat to help students focus on the spiritual values in his life. There are Campus Ministry prayers and articles posted on our Facebook page. They include reflections on the ongoing day-to-day world in light of the teachings of the Catholic Church and the Rule of Saint Benedict.
